Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable, mechanically skilled Construction & Facilities Technician for a long-term opportunity with a stable, locally owned company in McMinnville, TN.



This hands-on role supports construction projects while maintaining commercial, residential, and self-storage properties. The ideal candidate is experienced with repairs, troubleshooting, equipment operation, and general construction work, and can work independently in the field.



Responsibilities:
• General construction support including framing, sheetrock, painting, and concrete work
• Property maintenance and repair work
• Roll-up and overhead door repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Pressure washing, landscaping, and facility upkeep
• Operating equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, tractors, and manlifts
• Driving company vehicles and towing trailers



Qualifications:
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Construction and maintenance experience preferred



Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
