Red is a coming 11-year-old registered Walking Horse gelding standing 14.3 hands tall.

This gelding has been ridden all over Middle Tennessee by riders of all experience levels and has seen everything from rough country terrain to scenic backroads.

Red is a complete gentleman from the ground to the saddle. He will stand tied all day, stands quietly for bathing, saddling, and mounting, and is an absolute pleasure to be around.

✅ Not spooky around dogs, vehicles, tractors, or wildlife

Red is the definition of a safe, sane trail horse. He’s the type you can take to a rail ride on Saturday night and then hit the trails or woods on Sunday without missing a beat.

The only reason he’s being offered is because I have a field full of young horses that need riding, and it’s hard to choose a young horse when you’ve got a good, broke horse standing in the barn.
