1957 Massey Ferguson 50 tractor. This tractor has the Continental Gas engine. It is a stout and straight little tractor. Starts up great even in freezing temperatures. The lift arms, PTO, and brakes work well. The tires are great. It also has a new battery and voltage regulator. The metal is in very good shape and it is overall very clean. I’ve not used it much. I bought it and it’s not exactly fitting my needs. It would be great for someone to garden, pull a small wagon, or even restore.

The only con I have found is that the multi-power system doesn’t seem to function consistently. Most times it seems as if it is stuck in low multi-power meaning the tractor will not hold itself back when going down slopes. Not the end of the world for someone who isn’t on many hills, and it could be a simple fix. Overall, I have decided to go a different route.

Price is firm. I’ll consider trades (with boot if needed) on other tractors such as Ford, David Browns, Case etc. Please no junk. Thanks.
