I got a maxicoop egg incubator and had a 98 percent success rate! Then I got a chick brooder that works amazing! Then I got a banding tool. 90 for all three things they all work great I just sold my farm and moved into the city so I dont need them. I did a deep clean on them but may need another one of the chick brooder plate. The brooder plate is way better then a heating lamp and doesn't start fires.
