Female mini dachshund. She’s six years old and her birthday is Nov 1st. She is pee pad trained and does great with cats, dogs, and kids. She loves cats but will get in the litter box. She also has the typical small dog nervous bladder, but if not picked up suddenly she usually doesn’t have any problems with that. She is very relaxed and is happiest to be cuddled under a blanket. She does not like to be crated, but runs free and doesn’t tear anything up. She doesn’t need to be unattended on carpet or rugs due to her thinking those are giant puppy pads and will have an accident. She’s always been a little nervous, but once she warms up she’s incredibly loving. She will also alert you to someone being at the door. She’s been spayed, but hasn’t had recent shots due to her staying indoors. We have had some recent life changes and need to find her an incredible home. I will be very selective and her new owners need to be familiar with the breed. I also hope to find her a home with either a cat or another small dog for her to have as a companion. We also have a male dachshund puppy looking for a home so if someone could take both that would be even better!
