This is an All-Seasons Wooden Dollhouse by Hape. It was purchased brand new (through Amazon) and has never been played with. It had to be assembled and since it was purchased for a toddler, I chose to glue all the furniture in place so that it wouldn't be lost. I have no way of knowing how long this will last but I used wood glue on everything wooden and hot glue on bedding, rugs, towels, etc. The family is also made by Hape. This will have to be picked up in Columbia.
