Purchased new July 2022, Clear Title, No Liens
Towed from Keystone dealer in Indiana to Austin, Texas and to its current location in New Port, Tennessee. These are the only times it has been on the road. My wife, teenager daughter, 2 Boxers, and myself have lived in it full time since August 2022. We have enjoyed life in the unit, but it’s time for our next housing opportunity.
The unit has been well cared for, no major repairs, general maintenance and upkeep. The faucets in both bathrooms have been replaced, the master bedroom closet with washer/dryer has been reconfigured for better use of the space with heavy duty clothes rod installed.
The loft has only been used for storage with the original mattresses still in like new condition. The flooring under the two recliners in the living area is torn, the LED lighting under one of the outside awnings isn’t working.
The recliners are in good condition, not torn, however the electric heat/vibrate doesn’t work on one of them. The unit has a residential size refrigerator, the living room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, all cabinets, drawers, doors throughout the unit are in good working condition. The washer/dryer, 3 A/C’s, heating unit, 2 Butane tanks, outside awnings, showers, toilets, and all standard equipment items/equipment on the unit work great. Tires have little wear; they are the ones that came on the unit in 2022. One tire on the left side has a gouge in the sidewall.
During transport one of the hydraulic jacks on the left side (middle) was bent, but it was straightened. Works great, not noticeable unless I mentioned it, just wanted to let prospective buyer know.
The unit is located in a concrete pad/driveway RV park in the highly desired Great Smokey Mountains, Tennessee area.
The RV Park is a year-round park located 5 miles from Douglas Lake (Dandridge, TN area), 30-45 minutes to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Dollywood Amusement Park, Knoxville Airport, and all other tourist attractions.
