At 40 foot long and with 5 slide-outs, this camper can easily sleep 6 adults. Each of the 5 slide-outs comes with slide toppers for added protection of your slides.
This Paradigm 365RD is a 4- season camper with Azdel insulation. We have been in temperatures around zero degrees and have maintained a toasty warm internal temperature in this camper.
Heated tanks and heated underbelly are a great plus to this RV.
This 5th wheel is generator prepped, solar prepped and dishwasher prepped.
Tons and tons of external storage, including a 40” x 9.5 foot, 800 lb capacity slide out drawer in rear of camper and an overall capacity of 3000 lbs of cargo. Not to mention the huge external storage area next to the front door.
The interior is beautiful and modern with soft close cabinets and drawers throughout.
There is a ton of storage in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The entire RV has vinyl flooring with flush flooring on all slide-outs making it very easy to keep clean.
The separate living room is great for entertaining with 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas and a beautiful leather electric recliner, a 55 inch smart TV and tons of upper and lower cabinet storage. (you will find additional storage behind the pull-out fireplace).
The kitchen has large solid surface countertops with an additional 14” x 22” custom butcher-block countertop extension. The kitchen also includes a stainless steel sink and a 3.7 CF gas oven (large enough to cook a turkey and large prime rib or lasagna). This oven has 4 very spacious gas burners. You will also find a large countertop prep area and counter space on each side of the oven, plus a separate hutch area with additional counter space and cabinets. In addition, an 18 cubic ft under/over residential stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with a water dispenser and ice maker is included.
Additional insulation has been added to the ceiling of the storage bay under the bedroom and the ceiling of the storage bay under the living room.
We are the original owners and are a non-smoking couple.
This RV has a total of 2,859 travel miles on it.
This RV was completed and came off the manufacturing line on 10/23/2020.
