Property Maintenance manager

We manage and service over 60 properties in the area. We are in need of a skilled person that has experience in property maintenance and is familiar with the following tasks: Drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mowing & yard maintenance. Must be able to inspect properties to determine maintenance issues and be able to turn empty units into units that are ready to rent.

(Perfect for a Husband & Wife Team)

Must have own tools. Schedule is Monday through Saturday and must be flexible to serve the needs of our tenants.

Total for the month $2,960 This comes out to a $18.50 hr. job
