House is beautiful and very clean! 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Both bathrooms are very spacious and one is a tiled shower and the other a full tub and shower. New appliances throughout including washer and dryer. New flooring and ceilings done too. Small dog or cat allowed with deposit and $20 extra per month, per pet. Our home has new vinyl siding and a big yard to play or hang out in or grow a garden ❤️ House is situated perfectly for tech students or medical workers because it’s not even a 1/4 mile from tech. $1600 a month rent and must have equal deposit. I am flexible on length of rental agreement but prefer a years lease.
