Started with a few chickens and now have too many eggs for us to eat. I make delicious deviled eggs for the guys at my husbands work & they rant and rave over them. Another friend of ours is a chef and he gets them to make quiches out of. Once you eat farm fresh eggs, you are not going to settle for store bought.

For the hatching eggs: I have these types of chickens so far- Reds, Easter Eggers (greenish shells), White (leghorns type mix), & barred rocks. The chicks are turning out all different colors and my latest batch is just starting to lay eggs so there may be a few smaller size in there along with the extra large eggs.
