Join us for a hands-on class in humane chicken processing. Our birds are pasture-raised with love, fed an organic diet free of soy and corn, and honored as the creation of God they are. In this class, we'll guide you through each step of the process with care and gratitude.

Dispatching humanely, scalding, plucking (electric plucker),
