Pigs Butchered Booking Now $ —
At this time I can only accept pigs,lamb,goats. I'm not set up for cattle and bison. I have a homestead
in Bloomington springs and have been doing my own for years. I'v been in the processing business for 40 plus years. After many request to start processing for folks. I said let's do it.So I have my nursery in the spring and summer and processing meat in the fall and winter.
All cuts will be professionally done including
sausage,Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian,$/1.59lb. I can even cure and smoke your bacon. Here are some details.
CURED BACON and/or HAM will be $1.59 lb its takes 14-21 days to cure.
Their will be a $35.00 kill fee which includes killing, skinning, gutting,splitting. After all that you
now have a cutting weight, that is what your paying me for to cut and wrap. That cost is .90 per lb.
All meat will be vacuumed packed,or freezer wrapped if to large for vacuum.
