As a dynamic and growing company, we are seeking a Warehouse/Lot Work Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and lot.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse/Lot Work Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our warehouse, manage inventory, order parts, and coordinate with our team of professionals to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, including proficiency in building, electrical, plumbing, and other related areas. Additionally, experience working with vehicles is desirable.

Responsibilities:

> Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and lot areas.
> Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and keeping track of current stock.
> Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
> Perform building maintenance tasks as needed, including repairs and installations.
> Assist in vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
> Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
> Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff as necessary.

Qualifications:

> Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
> Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
> Knowledge of building maintenance, including building, electrical, and plumbing systems.
> Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Experience working with vehicles is a plus.
> Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
