Position: Quality Control Associate

Location: Crossville, TN

Starting Pay: $14 per hour

Shift: Rotating Schedule (4 days on, 4 days off)

Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience Required: 6 months in quality control

Job Responsibilities: As a Quality Control Associate, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the excellence of our ceramic and porcelain tiles. Your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting tiles for defects, color consistency, and overall quality.
Performing visual and tactile assessments to maintain product standards.
Operating quality control equipment and tools.
Recording and reporting any discrepancies or defects.
Collaborating with production teams to ensure product quality.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 6 months of experience in quality control.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work a rotating 4-day-on, 4-day-off schedule.
Reliable transportation to and from Crossville, TN.
