Job Description: Express Employment Professionals is currently conducting interviews for the Serigraphy Clerk position in Sparta, TN. As a Serigraphy Clerk, you will play a vital role in the inventory and production process, working with heat transfer machines and screen printing equipment. This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a salary of $13.00 per hour. This position offers the opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Match artwork to customer orders accurately.
Apply heat transfers to apparel and other products.
Perform screen printing on various apparel items.
Verify and modify inventory records using computers.
Complete all assigned tasks following safety guidelines.

Skills Required:

Willingness to learn and receive training.
Ability to operate heat transfer machines and screen printing equipment.
Prior experience in screen printing is preferred, but training will be provided.

Experience Required:

Prior screen printing experience is preferred, but candidates willing to learn will also be considered.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Taller candidates are preferred due to the nature of the position.
