Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in pipe threading, construction plumbing, and HVAC will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems. Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble pipes and fittings using various tools and techniques
- Weld or solder pipes to join them together
- Perform pipe threading to create secure connections
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination of plumbing installations
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed
- Assist with remodeling projects by relocating or installing new plumbing fixtures

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment commonly used in plumbing work
- Strong knowledge of pipe threading techniques and construction plumbing practices
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Valid commercial driver's license for transportation of materials and equipment
