Job description
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent
