I have 9 acres of hardwood I want logged. White oak, red oak, poplar, some maple. Only serious inquiries please. I have looked for over 5 years for someone to actually show up in a timely manner and not flake on this. If you are months out on work, do not bother me. You can contact me when you are a week or two out from being able to get to me. I've had people tell they were coming and never show. People who show up for a day or 2 and never came back. People who tell me they will start but it took them almost a full year to even come back and then only be there a day before dissappearing. I want someone who will make my property a priority. Compensation/ pay is 50% of what ever the timber brings at the mill. The stuff that can't go to the mill can be sold as firewood. Ideally what I want is someone who can log the entire property.
