We are seeking an Experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in Sparta, TN.



Candidates must have CNC experience to fabricate both metallic and non-metallic parts with precision and accuracy. A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and mills is required, along with proficiency in using calibrated measurement equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills safely and efficiently

Fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts according to specifications

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Use calibrated measurement equipment to verify tolerances and part quality

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC lathes and mills

Experience fabricating metallic and non-metallic parts

Proficiency with calibrated measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual
