Me and my roommate are relocating to tenesee. We are looking for a place either for rent or Land contract that is outside of city limits. I am looking for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths but can do 2-3 bedrooms and one bath. I have a emotional support dog and my roommate has a dog too..both are house trained and dont do any damage. We both have income coming him my roommate has disability and i am on disability and work as a notary signing agent. My max budget for rent is 1100 dollars . willing to rent a trailer or house or a land contract for a house.
