We have a 1.33 acre lot inside the three pointe south subdivision in Baxter. It has a septic tank on the property as well as access to water and electricity. It just has to be put into the new owners name. It is apart of an HOA and we were not disclosed that while purchasing and it is not something that we want for our family.
