10' x 16' Insulated Shed (WAS $4,500) $3,500
Spencer, TN
back
Our cost was $3,500 before adding the steps, cabinet, insulation, storage lofts, shelves and skirting.
This 10’x16’ shed is in good condition and has a regular walk-in door (not wood double doors), insulated, canvas wall covering, lofted storage, shelving, a cabinet and 4 surface mounted/wired 12 volt RV lights. (Electrical: batteries, charger, distribution panel, inverter, etc not included)
Included:
• Three step stairs
• Insulation
• 12 volt lights
• Small kitchen cabinet/counter
• Skirting
• Rain gutter (one side) with rain catchment first-flush (Additional uninstalled gutters included)
Walls are 24” on-center with R13 fiberglass insulation. It’s been lived in for 2 ½ years and well kept. I don’t know how old it was when we purchased it, but it was bare and like new. This is perfect for one or two people, just move it, furnish it and you live in right away. Add a heater and it stays cozy and with a one or two 12 volt batteries, can provide light and charging small devices. You could easily add either an RV plug or a panel for “shore power”.
