We are a married cpl in our 50s. Husband is self employed and has been since 2017. Wife is homemaker.
We are looking to purchase some land (1-5 acres).
Prefer Monroe/Byrdstown/Alpine/Albany area but open to anything at this time. Vacant land or land with house. Handy Man special would be great. Have a sizable amount of cash to either buy outright if cheap enough or to use as down payment and work out payments on balance with owner.
