Male Sable Yorkie $750
|Dog Breed||Yorkshire Terrier|
He’s a male, sable.
UTD on shots.
5lbs. He shouldn’t get much bigger, he was charting 5-5.5.
I can get vet records if needed (will need to know in advance).
I have not had him neutered, yet. Was waiting to make sure he was ready for it. Too many scary stories. However, depending on how quickly he is rehomed, he may get fixed before he has left me.
He just turned 1. He’s fantastic! Got the best personality. He has been around cats and dogs and loves them. Sometimes they don’t love him as much as he does them. He is great with kids. Doesn’t act aggressive with food or treats. He’s not aggressive towards anyone or anything.
He does bark if he hears something. We got him a bark collar to help and it has a little.
He is crate trained. However, if you aren’t quick he will have accidents in there. Overall he isn’t in the crate much other than if we have to go somewhere and he can’t go. He knows what “wait” means, but sometimes he gets a little excited and can’t 😂.
He gets groomed regularly. Does well with the groomer. He doesn’t let me clip his nails but he will let me bathe him, dry him, and brush in between visits. He is puppy pad trained. We have been working on outside since it’s prettier out. But he’s so small I do keep him on a harness just in case he takes off or something wants to eat him.
I recommend not changing his diet. I was going to switch him to a different kind and he got super sick for days. As soon as I took him to the vet and made sure he was ok, and we decided it was probably the food, I switched him back and he has never had a problem since. He does not eat table food, but the little turd will try and eat it if you let him 😂.
He will come with his food and toys. Whatever else I can find that is his. This is hard for me, and I will be picky.

When dealing with breeders beware if they refuse to show the pup's parents, or if they fail to produce a certificate of vaccination and de-worming. Ask for names of other buyers who have purchased their puppies. If you suspect a puppy mill in your community, call 1-877-MILL-TIP. Vist the Humane Society for more info.
