I have two gray/black vinyl fold down boat seats with adjustable height pedestals and 360 degree swivels. I used them for one hunting season in my deer shack/stands. They are in pretty good shape with one of the seats having two small tears in the seat. I installed them at the beginning of last years deer seasons and kept both of them covered during the season with a couple of vinyl grill covers, which are included. The grill covers have a couple of tears but they are mostly in good shape. See the photos for a better look at their condition.
