everything works great with this swing still! is missing a ball for the mobile but I never used it for my daughter because I felt it was too close to her face, so you can remove it or buy another ball set for $10 online. the straps also are missing as I removed them because I never strapped my daughter down in it as she wasn’t going to go anywhere anyways :) besides that… like new condition! music still works and it still rocks in 5 different ways (listed in pictures)
