3.5 ton Ameristar HVAC all in one unit. Our homeowners insurance replaced ours after a tree fell onto our house and a piece hit the unit but thankfully only dented the side that did not hit anything important. I was going to install on my detached garage but once I found out I would need to run 220v to the garage I decided to just sell. I am sure someone could use some cold air this summer. I am in the Morrison area.
