We purchased this new in 2020 and it has been used two months out of each year. This has the pullout sofa model with under-storage. The table also lowers for another bed. The awning is new and has never been used.


The trailer is in good shape. The antenna needs to be replaced as this was not done when the radio was replaced under warranty (and we did not know this), the listed price reflects this. This has been a non-smoking trailer. This has been kept covered with a Camco ultra shield cover each winter and the bearings are packed yearly. This has been kept winterized every year while in storage.


The stove has already been repaired per recall.
