If you ask about pets being ok, we will not consider your application. Rental is no smoking or vaping. This means no smoking inside or outside. If you smoke, don't apply.
1667 sq ft (including 1/2 basement) home was completely renovated and updated in late 2019. Only 2 tenants since remodel. Located on 1.8 ac with private setting. Shop is not included in rental and is occupied by the adjacent owners for storage. Does include a 12’x16’ storage building for tenants use. All utilities are tenants responsibility and must be transferred into tenants name. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. Weekly bagged household trash service is included. Larger trash/cardboard must be taken to county recycling center (approximately 5 mi) at tenants responsibility.
