Position Overview: As a Residential Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming our clients’ visions into reality. You’ll work closely with homeowners, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. Your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.

Create detailed 2D and 3D models using physical and digital drafting tools.

Develop design plans that adhere to safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the overall design.

Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
