Position: Mechanic
Location: Crossville, TN
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: Starting at $17/hr., and up based on experience and skill set level

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to tire service, brake service, and oil changes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using power tools and hand tools.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify any additional repairs needed.
- Repair or replace worn or damaged parts, such as shocks, struts, and belts.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working in the shop.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems, including HVAC, electrical, and engine components.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and repair processes is a plus.
- Experience with tractor-trailers or heavy equipment operation is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
