Misty is a 12-year-old Grade Mare. She is a push style mare. We bought her last August for my daughter . Misty's mom was a 1d horse in the NBHA in Tennessee and Misty was sold to us as a 1D/2D horse. But no fault to Misty or my daughter they just aren't clicking. Misty got rode in the NBHA handful of times last year and this season has only been ridden twice in the NBHA Kentucky. The rest of the time she's been sitting. She's a pretty easier keeper. As for maintenance we just shoe her front feet. (If you shoe her back feet she does this funky run /kick thing) there's nothing wrong with her it's she just hates having shoes on her back feet. We think she would be good at pole bending. And the only down fall is if she's out in the pasture she can be hard to catch. It just depends on the day. She's up to date on vaccines and Coggins. Tuesday she's getting her teeth floated.
