Hi! I am looking for unrestricted land in DeKalb County or closely surrounding area, with owner financing. I am looking for a parcel big enough for a cabin and detached garage with enough space for a garden. Would prefer at least an acre but would consider smaller if its unrestricted.
*I only ask for unrestricted because I don't want an HOA dictating the size of my home* I can provide rental and personal references if needed. Please email me if you have anything! Thank you.
