Meet Yuma

Meet Yuma, a 7-year-old German Shepherd available for adoption through SPCA of Tennessee, but please note, she's not a fan of cats. Yuma may be mature in years, but she's still quite active and full of personality! She's a model house guest, enjoying the comfort of plush chairs and even joining you in bed if allowed.

Yuma takes her job as a guardian seriously and will alert you to any suspicious activity, yet she's not overly vocal. She's well-behaved indoors, with good manners instilled in her, although she might sneak a bite of your dinner if given the chance! Her favorite pastime involves playing with stuffed toys or balls, entertaining herself throughout the day. While not particularly food motivated, Yuma enjoys meals in the company of her human companion.

Ideally suited for a work-from-home or take-to-work environment, Yuma prefers not to be left alone for extended periods. She thrives in a fenced-in area for outdoor activities and quick potty breaks, and she's a strong walker who enjoys patrolling the yard.
