We sadly have to rehome our sweet dog Remi due to financial reasons. We rescued her 6 years ago and she’s been such a great dog for our family and we hate to have to give her away.
Remi formed a wound on the inside of her femur and we took her in to get an X-ray done and they assumed it was from a bee sting. They did a 6 inch cut and there was a drainage tract but they couldn’t find where it was coming from.
5 years ago she had an injury and had to get a plate in her leg (same leg that the wound is on) but the X-ray showed that the plate looks great so we’re not sure if the wound is caused by that or something else. So that being said we don’t have financial funds to get her in and get more surgery done in hope that it fixes it.
