This is a Butterfly Top. Super cute!
These are a one size fits most. The straps tie in the back which makes it adjustable to you. I’ve even seen things like this worn over tanks $ tshirts.
I’ve added some instructions from the pattern creator along with some pics to show how the straps tie.

I can do them in prints or solid colors. I can also do the center butterfly body in a solid color so it will stand out against the prints.
The 1st print is done with neon colors. The 2nd is done in surprise stripes with the center butterfly body done in pink.
